A breezy, bright, and spacious home under 10 minutes walk away from the beach - ideal for holidays with family and/or friends. The clubhouse (that is directly opposite from ours) facilities include a pool, sauna, gym, and tennis court. Our house is in a private residential area in Rayong, a seaside district which is only about 2 hours away from Bangkok - perfect for escaping the concrete jungle. Close to lakes and many tourist attractions (large fruit market, national parks, aquarium, etc.), 5 km from the pier to Koh Samet, fishing trips, snorkeling around the islands, etc. A seafood paradise, you can either go to local restaurants or have food delivered to the villa, whichever you prefer!

The peaceful Bali Residence house Villa Saimaa offers a great setting for a relaxing holiday. Please note that electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual consumption (7 THB/kWh). The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. The living room has a sofa bed. There are six beds in total. The area has a large swimming pool area and its own restaurant (seasonal reservation).
