Enjoy ski-in ski-out to groomed trails, bike-in bike-out right onto trails, then cozy up by the woodstove or fire-pit at night.

Inside find bright spaces, full log beams, and a hobbiton feel; open concept living area with fully stocked kitchen, table, bunk beds, large couch, TV and Wi-Fi; bedroom with queen bed and stowed air mattress; full bath; play room. Finished basement includes add'l sleeping space (2 bunk beds, full bed on bottom with twin on top), washer/dryer along with a walk-out door to the lake. Patio, gas grill, firepit and dock. Excellent fishing, sandy lake frontage. In the winter, the home is located on the snowmobile trail. Large parking area for trailer or boats.
