The Cottage is located on a small farm near Nelson. If you are looking for clean, comfortable accommodation, quiet but still near civilization, this is just for you. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. In tranquil rural surroundings, enjoy a glass of local wine on the deck and uninterrupted views of the night sky. The Cottage is well equipped and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. An extra fee is charged to access the second bedroom if travelers are not a couple.

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.

Escape to the Wai-Iti River Retreat, just 3 minutes drive south of Wakefield and 30 minutes drive from Nelson, in the picturesque Tasman. Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+
