Welcome to our cozy hideaway! Located in the eclectic, walkable Ballard neighborhood - a 10 min drive from downtown Seattle. Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. We just love hosting, and we hope you'll feel that through our offerings - an exceptionally private, clean, and comfortable unit with a variety of little extras to make you feel at home.

Walk to cafés, parks, and transit, with downtown Seattle ~20 minutes away. Shared outdoor space with smoker, grill, and fire pit. Professionally cleaned before every stay. Some household noise is possible with another apt above; earplugs provided.

(30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

2 bedroom (+sofa bed in living room) apartment. Fully stocked kitchen, TV & WiFi. Streetcar is 1 block, light rail 1/2 mile, walk score of 91, transit score of 98! Off street parking. Walk to everything, Swedish Hospital, Harborview, Seattle U, Capitol Hill and the International District are all walkable. Everything else is a trolley or bus ride away. Plus parking available for everything else. Easy self-check in.
