Kukuaru 4 väikest majakest asetsevad Pedja jõe kaldal, maagilise vaatega jõele. Kaks maja on ühenduses omavahel suure terrassiga kus saab nautida jõevaadet Siin saab eriliselt puhata loodusega käsikäes. Meil on saun ja ujumisvõimalus. Paadisõit, jalgrattad hinnas. Meil on välikäimla Erilise auraga puhkus Grillimisvõimalus ja lõkke tegemine. Maitsev hommikusöök ettetellimisel lisatasu eest. Lemmikloomad lubatud lisatasu eest Kiire WI-FI. Jalgrattad hinnas. Rongijaam mööda kergliiklusteed 3 km.

Hubane korter Viljandis

See 2-toaline korter asub Viljandi vanalinnas esimesel korrusel, 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Viljandi järvest. Lähim pood asub 400 meetri kaugusel. Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja tuleb arvestada ka naabritega. Korter mahutab 4 külalist. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250m majast). Koduloomad oodatud.

This modern cottage is part of Piesta Kuusikaru farm, our family home, set on the bank of Pärnu river in Soomaa region in western/central Estonia. The cottage is a bright and spacious 2-storey building, designed in nordic style, with wood-burning sauna. Perfect for one family or close friends; ideal for 2 persons, fine for 4 plus an infant sleeping in baby cot. We live onsite and will be happy to show you around the farm including organic apple orchard and the "slow food" production facility.

Vihma ja tuule eest saab varjuda klaaskuplisse, kus nautida panoraamvaateid. Majas on magamiskohti kuni 4le inimesele: 2 magamiskohta teisel korrusel ja 2 magamiskohta lahtikäival diivanil allkorrusel. Võimalusel saab broneerida ka kõrval asuva Kastani Puhkepesa (kuni 4 in). Hoole ja armastusega sisustatud moodne perekorter Viljandi vanalinnas, kuhu mahub mugavasti 4 suuremat ja üks päris pisikene külaline. Korter sobib nii teatrihuvilistele sõpruskondadele kui lastega peredele. Kõige pisemate jaoks on olemas reisivoodi, söögitool ja isegi titevann. Köök sobib ka suuremale kokkajale, sest kõik vajalik on selles kodus olemas. Tule Viljandisse, naudi puhkust ja kultuuri - seda on siin kohe hulgaliselt! NB! See korter ei sobi lärmakatele peoloomadele.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. The barn is built in 1892 and the bedroom still carries its historic feel with the hand cut lodges and many well preserved details like the original ceiling. Most of the materials are re-used, which adds to the feeling of the space. A grand romantic view over the fields will give a feeling of remoteness and escaping everyday.

Apartment is located in an old wooden house where a mysterious stairwell leads you to a bright and stylish studio apartment (on the second floor). Everything you need, is right there. Cafes around the corner and Viljandi castle hills 10 minute walk away.
