Rural location in Tappen. Our 400 sq ft one bedroom suite is equipped with a full kitchen, living space and a bathroom with a shower. Whether you are looking for a weekend escape, attending a local event, or in transit between Vancouver and Calgary, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of our surroundings. We have a second unit on the ground floor of our house called The Sunset Studio. If you are traveling with someone else and they would like their own space, check its availability calendar.

Your suite is equipped with everything you require, so you can just drop your bags and relax! If you are travelling with horses, we have 2 corrals available, a round pen, and a full arena. Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

Wild Roots Farms Guesthouse

Located between Salmon Arm and Enderby our modern yet cozy Post and Beam Suite is the perfect getaway. Surrounded by nature you can relax and recharge. Our 600 sf open concept furnished studio has large panorama windows, and a well equipped kitchenette so you can prepare your own meals. We also offer complementary coffee and tea. This "Sweet-Suite" is fully self-contained with a Mini-kitchenette, Large Bedroom, and Bright Bathroom. In the "kitchette" is a mini-fridge, microwave, airfryer, toaster, and free coffee, tea, and bottled water. There's only the sink in the bathroom so leave the dishes for us to do for you! Access to the pool when seasonal weather cooperates! Come in late, enjoy a comfy sleep. Then continue on your way or stay around the Kamloops area. (Note: there is a train nearby)

The cabin is off the grid with solar lighting, gravity fed water for washing and drinking and a brand new new outhouse for the potty room. The property is lakefront and guests have access to a small non motor lake where they can paddle, float and swim. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks, surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and lots of outdoor activities.
