The Pearl Houseboat is a well -maintained, clean houseboat located at the end of Dock B with no houseboats on either side. It is quiet with a ton of entertaining space, large kitchen with a commercial stove, bar, dining table and large living area. The back porch has both a propane barbeque and charcoal barbeque for your use. There are two bedrooms and full baths that can accommodate up to 9 people. Please know this home has NO ELEVATOR or LIFT.Renters must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs. This camp has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Upstairs is a loft and half bath.
