Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. *New art! It hasn’t been photographed but it’s on the walls! Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! A sauna, cold plunge, bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

The Brookside Cabin

Our Cabin is nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. The Cabin is behind our family home. We are on a country road close to two towns. Our area offers many amenities such as fishing, hiking, boating, golf, hunting , wine tasting, leaf peeping. The cabin is heated by a wood stove and is the only heat source. “Wood Stove will injure a small child. Fast moving water in brook. Children 7 and up is ok with pre approval. The outside shower is heated, hot water available mid April -Nov.

Adirondack Home

The Adirondack home is a cozy warm house, sitting on a 45 acres property in Schuyler Falls, NY with gorgeous surrounding nature located between lake champlain and whiteface moutain. If you’re looking to enjoy a nice sauna, a warm jacuzzi, and/or a relaxing night with fire on a clear sky, don’t hesitate to book. It is a haven for a couple romantic getaway, a skiing experience, or a relaxing family time in the Adirondack nature. Parties are not allowed for safety reasons.

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
