Located on ground floor, in a central residence, in the heart of Las Americas; surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. It is located in the quiet part of the complex, so you will enjoy peaceful and relaxing nights. A very cozy and fully equipped one bedroom apartment for maximum 2 persons. The bedroom benefits from a lot of space, large HD TV, desk and chair for the guests which couldn't totally escape from their business reality. It is equipped with a king-size bed (160 x 200). The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, large TV, and a modern glass kitchen table. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen utensils, kettle, stove and oven. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washing machine, bath towels and beach towels. The terrace has a dining table and two sun beds, perfect for enjoying breakfast and dinner in the open. There is also a retractable sunshade, electrically activated, to protect yourself from the noon's sun rays. In addition to the TV English & international cable, the room provides a number of extra amenities such as linen, iron, ironing board, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, and body wash. There is also a high speed Internet wi-fi. The room has a full functional alarm system integrated, for your safety and comfort. Please note that we are looking for kind, respectful guests who will treat our home as if it were their own.
