El apartamento de 55 m2 dispone de 4 espacios abiertos, estar, cocina, espacio de trabajo y dormitorio, éste se puede independizar con las puertas móviles si lo desea. El espacio juega con diferentes alturas para ofrecer variados ambientes acogedores, muy iluminado ya que consta de 5 ventanales. Desde el estar se disfruta de las vistas a la plaza peatonal tranquila y arbolada. La casa dispone además de los servicios indicados en el apartado correspondiente, de microondas, cafetera de cápsulas Tassimo, tostadora. El frigorifico con congelador se situa bajo la encimera. El baño dispone además de una duchita perineal junto al inodoro para la limpieza íntima. Estaré a la recepción y a la despedida. Contactar antes de la llegada El barrio se sitúa en torno al Centro Flamenco, lugar de encuentro cultural durante todo el año, y la Iglesia de la Merced. La plaza y las calles del barrio son peatonales pero dispone de acceso desde las calles de tráfico a 3 minutos andando. Existe aparcamiento subterráneo en la plaza del Ayuntamiento a 5 minutos andando. El apartamento está situado en la ruta turística número 1. En Av Astilleros y Av Bahía es gratis, desde allí hay buen transporte público para llegar al apartamento, líneas bus , 2,3, 5.

This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Apartamento Loft en pleno centro del casco antiguo de Cádiz. A un paseo de todos los centros de interés. Ideal para parejas o cuatro personas. Con todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado, Wifi, TV Led (2), cocina con lavavajillas, horno, inducción, lavadora, etc. Máximas calidades. Cuarto de baño espectacular. Dos amplias camas de matrimonio, una de ellas a diferente altura y todo en un espacio diáfano. Ver fotos. No creo que encuentres nada mejor situado y de mejor relación calidad/precio.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

Según se entra en la finca se ve la esencia de Cádiz con el típico patio de vecinos , situado en un segundo piso sin ascensor,llegas al apartamento en el que espero y deseo puedas disfrutar de la maravillosa ciudad de Cádiz, sin coger el coche paseando por sus calles peatonales .Al ser interior es muy tranquilo para descansar .

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
