The main house downstairs : living room, kitchen, toilet Upstairs : 1 bdr wood floors, king bed, desk, closet + bath. NEW to side of main house will be 2nd bdr, queen bed, desk and & full bath.

The outdoor lounging areas and chefs kitchen are great for entertaining 8 guests. A modern infinity pool overlooks the ocean. It's just a few miles out of town, yet only a 4 minutes drive to the Hermosa Beach and 10 minutes to Santa Teresa. All stays come with maid service and concierge to help with bookings of activities and restaurants.

For groups of friends, rent its sister property, "Selva House: Jungle," a beautiful one-bedroom home on the same property. The bungalow is attached to our house but fully private, with shared pool access. It doesn’t have a kitchen but includes an electric mini oven, a mini fridge and breakfast essentials: coffee, milk, bread, butter, and fruit.
