The expansive backyard is perfect for yard games, to lounge in the shade of the trees or to toast marshmallows at the fire pit. With 5 separate sleeping areas and 3 full baths guests have ample space to call their own. All living spaces are adorned with plush furnishings to ensure your comfort!

Lakes Region Rustic-Chic Romantic Retreat-King Bed

Spacious sunny rustic-chic modern retreat nestled in the mountains of the Lakes Region. From the handcrafted soap, to the cozy robes and King size bed, stocked coffee/tea station, you are pampered. The curated space features art from local artisans and was designed with your comfort in mind. The area has much to offer (see Neighborhood section for distance to attractions and Guidebook under Location). All-size dog friendly (see dog policy for details). Cozy Woodland Cabin

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

Off-grid Forest Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Breakfast

Relax in a quiet pine forest surrounded by beautiful private walking trails, with everything you need at your fingertips! We make off-grid living easy with luxury bedding, fresh bread and eggs from our farm, locally-roasted coffee, cream, ice, a hot outdoor shower (seasonal), firewood, marshmallows, battery-operated lights, and a wood-fired hot tub! Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Welcome to your picturesque, peaceful getaway! Nestled along a historic country road, this charming, rustic cottage style home is just minutes from skiing at Mount Sunapee (6 mi), Pats Peak (12 mi), and many other nearby ski areas. Easy access to a network of scenic trails for hiking, snow shoeing, and snowmobiling to explore. Enjoy nearby pristine lakes like beautiful Lake Sunapee, or just relax and soak in the beautiful views — a perfect destination to make memories in any season!

Bear Mountain Farm

Cozy 1950's vintage camper has been lovingly restored, has running water, electricity, gas cook top, ice box. Enjoy a campfire, look out over the pastures, fish pond and gardens. Hike right from our yard to the top of Bear Mountain. Hang out with our goats, donkeys, and chickens, walk around our large vegetable gardens, harvest what you like, pick blueberries and raspberries. Guests are welcome to participate in chores and gardening. Firewood, eggs and homemade bread are provided.

The house is located on a dead end road where walking trails surround you. Lempster Long Pond is just six miles away. You can enjoy kayaking, swimming and fishing at the pond. Also enjoy views of the windmills that sit atop Lempster Mountain. Twelve miles from Mount Sunapee. Twenty six miles to Keene, NH. Thirty six mile to Dartmouth-Hitchcock.
