Located 1 mile to lakes and summer camps and 2 miles from Skyship Gondola. 15 minutes to Killington’s main base area and 20 minutes to Okemo or Woodstock. This bright, well-designed Scandinavian-style chalet is the perfect cozy retreat. Nestled in the woods on a plot of 20+ acres, it offers scenic views and a private hiking trail leading to beautiful vistas, transforming into a winter wonderland for skiing adventures, a summer paradise for outdoor relaxation, and a vibrant canvas for leaf peeping during Vermont's stunning fall foliage season. Goodland wood burning hot tub is available 365 days a year.

The Cluck House

The Cluck House (360sq. ft) was converted from a chicken coop into a 1 bedroom guest space in the 1950’s. Today it is still used for extra sleeping quarters during the warmer months (May 15-Oct 15). Please Note: The Private Full Bathroom Is Located In The Main Farmhouse, just a short walk across the lawn. We are pet friendly and welcome guests who wish to travel with them. We charge a $35 Cleaning Fee per trip.
