A cosy but spacious apartment, perfect for guests looking to hide away somewhere in the heart of Falmouth, with parking (a short walk away!) & outside seating area overlooking the harbour. Bedroom and shower room at front of our house. Private entrance and separated from main house by a locked door to ensure your privacy. Tea and coffee making facilities. Small, not posh but cosy and comfortable room and ideally situated for beach and town, both within walking distance. Located in a quiet area with driveway parking. There are no cooking facilities but kettle, mugs, crockery, plates, cutlery etc and access to a fridge in an external utility room provided.

With off-road parking for 1 car on our private driveway, we are just 5 mins stroll to the beach, 5 mins to the main town (where you’ll find amazing restaurants & bars), & 3 mins walk to the train station. Tucked away in our back garden, this hidden cabin ensures peace & quiet after a full-day of sight-seeing or lazing on the beach.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Castle Beach where you will find a small take away cafe with outdoor seating. In the opposite direction just a 10 minute walk you will find The Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach and popular beach cafe with indoor/outdoor seating, a bakery, takeaway cafe and paddle board hire. The annexe is also situated a 10 minute walk from the popular end of Falmouth town centre and Events Square, where there are many places to eat/drink.

Located on the first floor, access is via lift or stairs. We are noted for our attention to detail and making your holiday a home from home experience.

Gorgeous airy Georgian apartment in a Grade II listed mansion overlooking the harbour in the heart of beautiful Falmouth. Everything is within easy walking distance, so you won't need your car: Events Square and hundreds of great restaurants and shops are all minutes away! One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.
