Quinta da Arrabida – Stunning countryside retreat near magnificient beaches with small pool Quinta da Arrábida – Indoor surface area: 200m2 Quinta da Arrabida: Villa for 8 to 10 people 4 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms Spectacular living areas, open plan design rooms 8,9ha of private grounds, large terraces, and a small pool for children Surface area: 200m2 – 8,9 hectare private estate Quinta da Arrabida is located near the village of Casais da Serra, the nearest village to the spectacular Portinho da Arrabida beach (7km), set deep within the Serra da Arrabida Nature Park, halfway between the towns of Sesimbra and Azeitão, boasting magnificent and unique views throughout. Daylight pours from every angle into this beautiful designer villa, built on a single floor. The large living room and most bedrooms are fitted with extra large all glass wide doors, so every guest enjoys the unique mountain and green views on every occasion. The open plan living room is exquisitely decorated: centered around a lovely encased fireplace, each piece of furniture has been carefully picked to create a very exclusive country-chic environment, with the unique backdrop of the Arrabida Mountain Range always in mind. The living room opens onto a large terrace fitted with an outdoor dining table next to a barbecue unit, two hammocks and a mattress, entertainment provided by satellite TV, hifi stereo system and wireless internet. All four bedrooms and the four bathrooms were designed and decorated with the same basic principle in mind: to make the most from the surrounding nature, and the pictures speak for themselves. The master suite has a lovely walk-in shower and a dressing area; and opens onto the gardens via the same large all glass doors from two different angles. The second and te third bedroom have two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and en-suite bathroom. A small swimming pool can be fitted within the gardens, providing refreshment for the elder and endless hours of fun for the younger ones. The private grounds of the Quinta are the ideal place to enjoy nature, bird watching and long walks in unspoiled surroundings, beneath historic vineyards, all in close proximity to spectacular beaches. SETTING : Large private grounds in Arrabida National Park – 40 km South of Lisbon Location : Quinta da Arrabida is set in a 8,9 hectare private property, located deep in the Serra da Arrabida Nature Park, 7 Km away from magnificent beaches. 5 Km away is Vila Nogueira de Azeitao – a small historic town surrounded by the national park – well known for its vineyards, local culture, and wine cellars open to the public. Arrabida beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal and Europe, and boasts a natural bay with calm waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The Serra da Arrabida Nature Park was established to protect the beautiful landscape and rich variety of wild life, including eagles, wildcats and badgers. The surrounding mountains are the perfect place to go for a walk, and excursions can be organised with the local nature tour companies. Getting there and around : Two hours flight from most European cities and seven from New York, the villa is reached by car from Lisbon Airport in 45 minutes. A car is essential for this holiday as there is no public transport to the villa. ACTIVITIES AND ATRACTIONS : Gastronomy and Wine tasting : The region of Azeitão is famed for its gastronomy, and even the local supermarket, Intermarché, has a mix of gourmet and standard products. The local gastronomic festival is held from June to September. Fresh grilled fish is an inexpensive delight. Five formal wine routes have been devised in the Setubal peninsula by the ‘Rota de Vinhos’ association, combining wine tasting with sightseeing, arts and nature. The villa is ideally situated to take best advantage of these delights of the area. Local delights include cheeses, pastries, and obviously a very thorough wine culture. Beaches : The villa is located near many sandy beaches, all with different characteristics. Portinho da Arrabida (7km away) is among the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Praia das Bicas (a popular surf spot), Praia da Foz and Praia do Meco are all within a short drive, as well as the unique Troia Peninsula across the Sado Estuary. Golf Information : Quinta do Peru and Aroeira Clube de Campo are both a short drive (10km) from the villa. Tróia Golf (a short drive and a ferry ride) is a difficult course but one of the most beautiful in Portugal. Other options are available nearby such as Ribagolfe, Montado or Aldeia dos Capuchos.

A Quinta da Manga fica a 7 minutos do centro de Coimbra. É grande casa toda em madeira, rodeada de espaço verde e com piscina de 3,5x10m. Muito confortável, com aquecimento central, ar condicionado e todas as comodidades. A casa dá para receber 9 pessoas mais crianças! O meu espaço é bom para casais e famílias (com crianças, apenas ter cuidado com a piscina). Muito espaço de exterior, com terraço, sofás de exterior, redes brasileiras para repousar, relvado para brincar e descontrair e piscina.

Localizada numa pequena aldeia rodeada por campos rurais e ao mesmo tempo a poucos minutos da cidade de Lagos e praias, é possível desfrutar de momentos tão especiais e tranquilizantes tanto no interior, devido ao seu tipo de construção em madeiras naturais, como no espetacular jardim privado a apanhar banhos de sol nas cadeiras longas ou na rede de descanso à sombra das figueiras!

Chalé do Ribeiro

O Chalé do Ribeiro está situado na Serra da Cabreira, com piscina privada de água salgada(encerrada de 01 Novembro a 14 Abril) e uma vista desafogada para a Serra do Gerês. A casa é ideal para casais com filhos e para amigos de 4 patas. Dispõe de grandes janelas com vistas que lhe conferem grande luminosidade, um espaçoso terraço para convívio e para refeições ao ar livre. Este chalé possui ainda uma óptima cozinha totalmente equipada. Um local sossegado para desfrutar da vista da Serra.

An old barn transformed into a cozy and comfortable studio with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, double bed, and children's extra bed. The outdoor space is all-gardened with flower beds, in an extension of 2000 m2. The private garden area of this house is 100 m2 with sunny and shadow spots and garden furniture. 3 km away is the Caminha with terraces and restaurants, known for its natural beauty and local gastronomy. Beautiful beaches, rivers, water-mill, and mountains to explore.

Chalé dos Amieiros

Nosso Chalé está inserido numa quinta vedada, com 3 hectares, situada dentro do Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela. Sitio calmo e tranquilo onde se pode apreciar a natureza e observar a fauna local, através de passeios pelo pinhal, ou optar seguir a ribeira até sua nascente. Também pode relaxar na nossa piscina. Ideal para descansar com a família ou amigos. Aceitamos todos os animais. A quinta, o Chalé, o jardim e a piscina são para uso exclusivo dos hóspedes.

Serra da Estrela, Sabugueiro (300 m praia/ plage)

Casa no centro histórico da aldeia do Sabugueiro, onde poderá usufruir da gastronomia local, com as várias casas de comércio e restaurantes existentes. A cerca de 400 m existe a praia fluvial, que é uma piscina natural, bem como dezenas de praias e lagoas a escassos km's (local mais próximo dos mesmo). Alojamentos totalmente novo, com a traça arquitetónica da região, de madeira e pedra, com todas as condições para uma estadia agradável.
