La struttura è uno spazio pensato per assaporare ogni momento della giornata, dalle prime ore del mattino fino a sera. Cinque camere climatizzate con bagno interno e TV; ampia veranda vista giardino dove fare colazione e condividere altri momenti della giornata in assoluto relax. Gli spazi interni sono dotati di wi-fi gratuito. Uno spazio esterno attrezzato pieno di aromi, fiori, piante e alberi, con uno splendido panorama sulla naturale Lama oltre che sulla costa dominata da una Torre.

Camera doppia di mq. 25 con camino, letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli e ingresso nel cortile interno della masseria. Questa camera risale alla seconda metà del 1800, un tempo casa di Coloni. Letto in legno massello di pino ed olivo, materasso in lattice naturale, lenzuola ed asciugamani di cotone grezzo, lavandino di terra cotta, saponi all'olio di oliva.
