La proprietà è un appartamento indipendente, facente parte di una villa immersa nel verde. E' composta al piano terra da un soggiorno con divano letto per due persone e camino. Su questo piano si trova anche l'angolo cottura molto ben attrezzato, un bagno con doccia e una cameretta con poltroncina apribile che diventa un comodo letto singolo. Al primo piano l'ampia camera da letto matrimoniale con balconcino e un altro bagno con doccia. Piscina, sauna, portico attrezzato sono a disposizione.
