Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

'BELLO AWAY' Teeny Tiny House Self-Contained

Bello Away is located in our back garden. This self-contained TEENY TINY home with attached covered bamboo verandah has all you need for your stay. A comfy double bed, fresh cotton sheets, doona, bathtowels, tv, microwave, fridge, electric 2-plate cooker and washing machine. The verandah has a lovely chilled vibe. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee, or take a leisurely stroll to town (12-15min walk/3 min drive) to the many vibrant cafes, pubs, boutiques and a plethora of culinary delights.

Everyone loves staying at our comfortable and stylish house, Januce, on the river. Januce is the perfect place to holiday or work from home. Keep it simple at this peaceful motel-style guest suite. This delightful apartment is a great home base for visiting Bellingen. The bed is comfy, the neighbourhood is quiet (except for all the birds), and it's only 1.4 km from all the fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops in town. Featuring local timber and handmade items, it's very Bello. Regrettably, the suite is not appropriate for babies or children, and can only accommodate 2 guests.
