But if you’ve ever watched HGTV, you’ll see that people across the country are creating short term rentals out of all kinds of crazy things from shipping containers and barns to old warehouses and yurts. In Cross Lanes, WV, we took our cues from those folks on TV and created a short term rental out of the storage unit! Conveniently located just off I 64 and only 1 mile to the Mardi Gras casino.

A 2 story retro 70’s guesthouse with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom (w/shower), living room w/sofa bed, dining room & library & a fully equipped kitchen! Two 55” TVs!Our beautiful renovated 20’ x 40’ pool, Tennis court, basketball & 28 acres with hiking trails are open! It’s a quiet private setting. Also 2 miles from Walmart , CHESTNUT RIDGE WINERY 3 miles away. Main st has several shops just 2 1/2 miles away!

It's in a rural, secluded location and perfect for a tranquil get-away or stargazing due to a unique dark sky location. Our 3BR 2ba retreat lies above the river rapids. Listen to birds, watch magical sunsets, enjoy a campfire and beautifully Wild WV mountain views. All included: lake, kayaks, limited fishing tackle & pet fees. Waiver required for in-water activities.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Ohio River Cottage

This is an Ohio River front private cottage on 7 acres . This cottage has a bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower, large screened deck and a separate outer deck. There is also a grill on deck. This is a great place to escape from stress and just relax! This cottage has WiFi and a 55 inch flat screen satellite TV. Enjoy the river views and watch the wild life . Easy accessibility to the local shopping , Hospitals and Restaurants 10-15 minutes. Pet friendly with a small fee

Foxtail Retreat

***brand new hot tub*** A little two bedroom wooden cabin. Enjoy a crisp, cool morning with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the views of color changing mountains. Warm up in the hot tub under the stars. Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

Cozy 2-Bedroom River Cabin with Private Dock

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway: The River Cabin has a large, covered porch overlooking Millcreek and exclusive access to a dock, fire-ring area, and deck with table, chairs and umbrella. It sleeps five (2 full size, 1 twin). Includes a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom, and linens. The dock sits right on Millcreek, and is a lovely place to relax and fish. Up to 2 pets allowed for a fee. Additional $5 daily charge the 5th guest.

Enjoy easy access to everything Spencer has to offer in this centrally located, second floor apartment for 2. Located directly across from the County Courthouse, this apartment has a great view of the city. It sits above the local coffee shop/bakery. There is 2 hour street parking during daytime hours. We offer a parking pass to park down the street. It’s a short 2 minute walk. Rent by the month, the week or nightly.

Want to be away from it all but also minutes from town? This Air BnB cabin is perfect for a few days in Glenville. Situated 5 minutes from Glenville State University this place has everything you need including a shower. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets along with peace of mind, setting on 45 acres of private property. Enjoy a peaceful stay at West Hollow Farmhouse. Located on a gravel road 20 minutes from town. Sit on the porches or in the spacious yard and watch the deer, turkey and other of nature's creatures.
