We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Onze villa is fantastisch gelegen in het oude Zoute op 10 minuten wandel afstand van het Albert, Knokke en Zoute strand. U geniet van totale rust in een prachtige groene omgeving en hoeft slechts 300 meter af te leggen om te genieten van de leuke winkels en de gezelligste restaurants. Parkeerplaats voor 2/3 wagens. Handdoeken aanwezig en bedden worden opgemaakt in functie van het aantal ingeschreven gasten. Deze woning is geschikt om te genieten van onze prachtige Noordzee in elk seizoen.

Our water villa (8 persons) is located directly on the Veerse Meer. You can just jump in! The North Sea Beach is only 2 kilometers away. In the spacious garden there is an electric hot tub for extra relaxing. The area is beautiful for walking, boating, surfing, cycling, visiting towns and villages, etc. With four bedrooms (all of them with a double bed) and a fully equiped kitchen. Are you eager to stay in nature and to discover the national park Kalmthoutse Heide ? Then you are here at the right spot ! You can walk directly into the park or start cycling from here to the nice landscapes of the Kempen, Zeeland, ... Also from here, you have even a direct connection ,by car or train, to the city of Antwerp (20 min.), Bruxelles (60min.), Brugge (90 min). A silent and relaxing natural environment where you can come totally at ease !
