Private pet-friendly apartment with separate entrance using a keypad. Thermostat for Heating and Air Conditioning is in the AirBnB unit. Sleeps six (1 queen bed, 1 full sized bed, twin sized murphy bed, & twin sized daybed). Located on a golf course 2 minutes off I-90 in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. No extra fees for pets or cleaning & all we ask for check-out is to text when you leave and lock the door. Above ground pool available during summer months of June July & August.

Fast food, restaurants, grocery store 1 mile away. Features Murphy queen bed, full futon & top bunk, kitchenette w/small sink, microwave, full fridge/freezer, Keurig, toaster, & induction stovetop. Separate bathroom, SMART TV, wifi, AC, heater, coffee and tea, as well as snacks. Towels, washcloths, and toiletries.

Guests enjoy a SUNRISE each morning from all 5 bedrooms, the 30’x40’ common area Great Room/Kitchen, lower level British pub & parlor, 14’x40’ patio, 12’x40’ deck, covered deck, enclosed porch, & the 12’x16’ back deck. The last breath of every SUNSET is seen from half of those areas! Enjoy!

Located in Southern Sioux Falls, you are in a prime location with easy to access to all that Sioux Falls has to offer. All while staying in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need. Lots of pots and pans, handheld mixer, crock pot, toaster, coffee pot and blender. YouTube TV available as well. Home away from home

Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to I 229. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.

My place is close to the airport and right off of interstate I-90.. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the family friendly neighborhood.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids),I live in the country so my WIFI is a MIFI JET PACK .. so it’s not perfect so if you need to work or depend on wifi it may not be a good fit unless you have unlimited WIFI . and as of 2022 i am no longer allowing pets.
