Kid friendly home with large private backyard!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Just a short walk to pickle ball/ tennis courts and a playground! This open concept home boasts of a recently remodeled kitchen with state of the art appliances. Tucked away in a culdasac within a quiet neighborhood (with sidewalks!) this home serves as a retreat away from the hustle and noise. This home is particularly well suited for families with young children as we have lots of toys and a fenced in backyard with a new swing set!

Our beautiful cottage with exposed brick, Brazilian cherry wood floors is centrally located to many of North Augusta retail / restaurants and RIGHT ON THE GREENWAY trail (extension). Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You can walk / bike/ run for miles with no lights and private paved paths! Nice restaurants less than 1/2 mile way!
