The area offers plenty of outdoor activities from hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking, fishing, swimming, kayaking and only 15 min from local restaurants, breweries and shops.

Modular home has only ever been a short term rental and never fully lived in. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one master bathroom. Electric fireplace to gather around after a long day playing in the snow. Large movie collection for stay at home days. Keurig machine for fresh coffee in the morning or some hot chocolate. 30 minutes to Stowe, Burlington and Montpelier. Lots of places to eat and shop within 30 minutes. Bolton ski resort 5 minutes down the road. Great view of the mountains.

On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. Forest Hideaway

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

The Sled at Fielder Farm

The road to the Sled at Fielder Farm gently winds its way out of the Huntington Valley and into the foothills on the western side of Camel's Hump. The road follows and crosses one of the many mountain brooks swelling the Hunting River as it rushes for the Huntington Gorge downstream. Regardless of the season, the diverse landscape occupied by Fielder Farm offers visitors a variety of activities right out the front door.
