This New House

Unique custom built new home constructed purposefully for Airbnb quests. This house offers a distinctive design with a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dinning area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Granite, slate, and soapstone accentuate the countertops, vanities, and floors. You will also see plenty of natural pine, hickory, and local cedar throughout the house.

Minutes to historic Rhinebeck Village, this quaint abode makes for the perfect romantic or mind clearing get away. Located directly off Route 9 tucked in the trees. Enjoy our completely separate art filled cottage. The open 550sq/ft studio floor plan will cheerfully accommodate couples & close friends. 4 persons MAX. Best suited for adult guests as the space is not child proofed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers custom cabinetry & granite countertops. The full bath offers a walk-in European shower with dual shower heads. There is extensive outdoor decking with seating, a gas grill, fire pit, hot tub and an outdoor shower. Peaceful and quiet, yet walking distance to High Falls restaurants and shops.

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

We live upstairs & offer self-check-in. A rare find in the Hudson Valley, our neighborhood is mostly flat, with walkable, quiet roads, and excellent bird-watching. It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.

Leggett Cottage

Located in historic High Falls on Leggett Road, one of the loveliest roads in the area, is your private cottage. Just renovated, it has all new amenities. The location is steps away from the rail trail where you can bike or walk. Stone Ridge and High Falls are a half-mile away for all your shopping. Situated between the majestic Shawangunks and the Catskills; outdoor activities, farm to table restaurants, breweries and farmers markets abound.

Lakeside Cottage: Boulder's Bluff

Come enjoy the serenity of our renovated lakeside cottage! Guests can enjoy their time relaxing fireside with panoramic views, hiking or biking 22 miles of trails running through our backyard, and let's not forget splashing around in the lake. We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets. Pack N Play available only when request ahead of time. Pack N Play sheets not provided.
