Includes an enclosed terrace at the entrance to the apartment for a relaxing morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Rijeka is a beautiful industrial city and much more. This modern apartment is located in Rijeka, near to the Tower Shopping Center, 200 meters from the first beach, 5 minutes drive to the beach in Kostrena, 15 minutes walk to the City center and 2 km to the Trsat Castle. You will need to do few stairs more to Apartment m, it is at the 4th floor, but I promise it is worth because of the view :) Inside you will have electric tent, air-conditioning, satellite television, free WI-FI, alarm. Safe and public (free) parking is in front of the building.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
