Double bed/built in closet upstairs. The ground floor has a single bed (sofa), kitchenette with amenities, and large walk in bathroom. Outside is a dive pool, pond, covered Palapa and lush gardens. This studio room has a lot of fresh air. I was living in there during 17 years and never I´d need a A/C or cooler. Even during the summer. I like contemplation, reading a good book or just mixing a drink in my own roof top terrace or sleep the siesta surrounded of green vegetation and the amazing blue maya sky. I recognized myself like an authentic Mexican... I know my ROOTS.
