Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, quiet space w easy parking. Walk/bike to the beach. Enjoy your private space with dining area, sofa, queen bed and private bath & kitchenette. The space is over 600 sq ft (about twice the size of a hotel room) with plenty of sunshine -- and room to relax on the couch, rest in bed or dine/work at the table. Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

Seacoast Suite

Welcome to our traditional Maine Gambrel where you will have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. The 250 sq ft suite has a queen bed, tv, Wi-Fi, hot drinks, mini fridge, microwave, and private space. We are located just over an hour from Boston or Portland, 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch & 5-15 min drive to a number of beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask for no animals since there's a cat that lives here too.

Seacoast Solo

A New England stopover 10+ min from the Atlantic Coast, restaurants, arts, shops, historical sites, and outdoor explores. Easily en route to MA, ME, VT +. One very small guest room for a solo traveller, separate entrance, private bath, forest facing yard, semi private deck, off road close-by parking, and trails to meander steps from your door. This weathered lived loved home has been in the family since built in 1908. No relation to a hotel room, but clean, comfy, and convenient location.

Welcome to The Beachcomber Suite. 1/4 mile walk to Cable/Jenness Beach (sidewalk) in Rye, NH. Your own private, separate two floor space with own entrance in large main house. 1st floor is a large living room with couch, dining table/chairs, CABLE/TV, coffee maker, Microwave, and small fridge. WiFi. Your own covered porch in the front and private large bedroom with king bed & private bath on the 2nd floor. Parking for one car. 3-Day Holiday Weekends require min 3 nights. NOTE: NO KITCHEN.

Take it easy at this serene and tranquil getaway just two miles from downtown Durham. Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and plunge pool closed November to April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.

Walk to the Kittery Point town wharf, historical sites, Wharf Restaurant, and catch views of the lighthouse and spectacular sunsets. 5-minute drive to a beach or world-class restaurants, 10-min to the famous Kittery Outlets.

This lovely 3-room suite in our home has a private entrance. Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

Take time to unwind in this cozy space complete with music on vinyl and a gas hearth. This private apartment is built on to the back of our 1832 home in the village district of Eliot, ME. You'll be 4 minutes from Route 95, 8 minutes from Kittery Foreside, and 9 minutes to Downtown Portsmouth. Within a short drive you will have easy access to walking trails, the Piscataqua River, and the beaches of Southern Maine/ New Hampshire. Dogs OK (fee)- No Cats (allergy issue).

The Rafters

The Rafters is a finished studio space above our late 1800s barn. It has beautiful light and feels like a getaway as soon as you open the door. With the proximity to Portsmouth, NH and local attractions in Maine, you can escape to the Rafters, but with the ease of being so close to everything. Our neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk down to many spots that overlook the Piscataqua River. Or Uber home from a fun night in Portsmouth!
