This 3-story Rockport retreat is designed for memory-making — complete with a new private pool (unheated), extra-long pier, and space for up to 18 guests, including the bottom floor that is its own private suite with a separate entrance (not connected internally to the rest of the house). Whether you're reeling in redfish, lounging by the pool, or stargazing from the deck, Pier Bliss is the ultimate coastal escape.

The Cape Escape

The Cape Escape is a beautiful 2 bd/2 bath located on the ground floor and is the perfect location for families, fishermen, relaxation, and watching the wildlife. Close enough to town to enjoy all that Rockport has to offer, however; far enough away to soak up the peace and quiet you will find here. The pool is just steps away - you can soak up the sun and a private fishing pier where you can catch flounder, drum, and reds. The beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets will leave lasting memories.

The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8 with a primary bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite, guest room with a king-size bed, and another bedroom with a double-size bunk bed. Fully equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa, TVs, internet, Wi-Fi, and board games. Outside, there are kayaks, a covered balcony, and parking for 6 vehicles and a boat. ** Additional fee to heat pool.**

We are just 1/4 mile from the Copano Bay public boat ramp & fishing pier, 3 miles from Fulton Pier & a short 10-minute drive to Rockport beach. Your rental includes access to 2 fishing kayaks.
