It includes a flat-screen TV, storage for luggage under the bed, and a small fold-down table with chair for seating. The bed dominates the majority of the room, so be aware when booking. It’s is a very tiny private bedroom. (Shared restrooms, showers, and kitchenette are across the hall.)

Depending on the time of the year minimum night stays are required. General minimums are 3 nights in winter season, 2 nights over the weekend in the summer season. The Rio room is a nothing-fancy place to lay your head. The rest of the facility is being renovated, and we will add awesome amenities.... but that will happen in the future. Currently it's a bed room with a community kitchen separate shower room, a separate bathroom, and a common area T.V. room.
