Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Nestled on a slow road with very minimal traffic so it's great for kids! 1 mile from Higgins Lake Boat launch and just a few miles from Houghton Lake. Walking distance to state property trails for quads, SxS, and snowmobiles. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Great restaurants or ice cream are just a few minutes away! Enjoy up north without being too close to neighbors!

Beautiful all sports Lake Saint Helen and Cove Beach just 1 mile away. Perfect for backyard bonfires while viewing wildlife of deer and turkeys.

Plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, ORVs, boats, etc! Note: There's another rental on the property close to this one. But each has private yards, parking, and driveway. Bring your ATV or ORV and jump on the trails across the street and head to the sand dunes. Enjoy a day at the beach with access to 2 private beaches. Or relax by the bonfire in the backyard. Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

Our little getaway just under an acre & offers plenty of room for tents, boats & toys. 1st floor bdrm has a queen bed w/window air unit, loft has full bed & full futon w/window air unit, we remove units in the cooler months. bathroom has tub/shower, & kitchen has full amenities. Cabin accommodates 6+ people. Our cabin is a great place whether you are coming up to enjoy the lake, Mackinaw Island, Traverse City, the Fall color tours, hunting, or winter activities.
