Canary Cottage is located 1 mile from Southport, 2 minutes from the ferry's at Deep Point Marina & 20 minutes to the Oak Island beaches! While in Southport, enjoy the shops, the majestic Live Oaks, dine at fabulous cafes & restaurants with water views, take a carriage ride, watch the boats go by, go on a ghost walk or tour a museum. Southport has something for eveyone!

The Flying Sea Cow

This 1900's cottage is smack dab in the heart of Carolina Beach! Fully upgraded home only 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk! Central to everything that is awesome about CB and still very quiet! At the start or end of your day, relax on the large breezy porch. A short drive to the NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher, the ferry, and downtown Wilmington. We absolutely love our cottage and the charm of CB, and we want you to feel like a local from the minute you check-in!

With a large porch to hear the waves crash, one can enjoy a morning beverage with the sunrise and an evening cocktail at sunset. Impeccably maintained and stylishly updated, this cottage offers an easy way to relax. BBQ at home, play games in the spacious back yard, read books, walk along the white coast, or head out to the boardwalk for island fun!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

The Historic Backdoor Cottage in Southport, NC

The charming Backdoor Cottage is located in the Historic District of Southport, NC. It's named the Backdoor Cottage because you park and enter through the backdoor into the living space. It is within walking distance of the whole Historic District including the waterfront, restaurants, shops, churches and art galleries. Much of the art work in the cottage was done by local artists. Get your SUP or kayak ‘on’ and in just a 300m paddle (5 min) you can be lounging on one of the dozens of secluded tiny islands off our dock. Make the ~20 min paddle to experience the unspoilt beauty of Masonboro Island’s pristine, 9 mile white sand beach. Or chill on the dock and take in the jaw dropping views with a glass of wine.

Cottage is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with hardwood floors, stainless appliances, screened porch and deck for grilling. Linens are provided with washer/dryer in home. Each bedroom has attached private bath for privacy. Beach is 10 minute walk over the nature bridge behind the Rec center. If you want to drive to beach- .5 miles to 40th street public access. This property is perfect for a small family or 2 couples to share. NO PETS. NO SMOKING PLEASE
