House is located on a private road out of view of the public street. It's quiet and clean. The room (room A) has a queen-size bed that can fit 2 people, which inclines and vibrates. It also comes with a mini-fridge, dresser, closet, night stand, and smart TV w/paid streaming services provided at no additional cost to you. If you need to book 3 people, I can provide another bed. I have 2 cats that are allowed to leave the house and return as they please, so there is no litter box and no smell.

Relax and unwind at a beautiful and peaceful property. Large gated estate tucked away off of Fair Oaks Blvd. Enjoy a large bedroom with a Ca King size bed and private bathroom ensuite. Relax in the steam room/shower during your stay. Feel free to spread out and use the large TV/family room, help yourself to complimentary coffee/tea, make sure to hydrate with unlimited Mountain Valley spring water, and grab some fruit to go :) Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

There is plenty of parking on the street near the house. Parking in front of neighbors is not recommended. The room is located on the second floor of the house, all locks are combination locks, and guests can enter and exit freely. The room comes with a private refrigerator, and the shared area includes a microwave, free coffee and purified water. We apologize for not being able to accommodate other customers considering their dislike of animals and their hair allergies.
