Arias Farm 2-bedrm Tiny Home w/breakfast & spa

Experience minimalistic living with all the mod-cons, well away from city traffic noise. The space is compact but fully functional for a family of up to 6 (ideally 2 adults & 4 children), incl bathroom, full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 TVs, wifi, heating & aircon, and breakfast provisions right in your own space. Private yard is fully fenced, parking area for 2 cars. Guest's shared facilities include an undercover spa/hot tub, games hut, volleyball yard, trampoline and play areas.

Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua CBD. The guesthouse is set in our back garden along with our 3 chooks & 9 year old Golden Lab Rex & new puppy Alfie. The space is private, with double bedroom & comfy queen bed & basic ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, a small smart TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & ample love for our wee rustic home.

Garden View

Spacious, private one-bedroom house, offering all you need for a short or extended stay. The space is set up to suit couples, families or small groups, with a super king bed in the bedroom and additional sofa beds in the lounge. The unit sits in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short drive from the CBD. Within walking distance of Te Puia and the International Stadium. A small grocery store, bakery and takeaway are close by. Bike-friendly, with secure garage storage available. Close to Waipa MTB Park.

Lake Ōkāreka close to Redwoods, 15 min to Rotorua

This is a tiny home, see diagrams. It's near a lake but no lake view. Swim or use our kayaks, approximately 200m walk. A great place to stay after a bike-ride or sporting event. Two small bedrooms, 2 single beds, 1 double bed. Television works through WiFi, connect to your own accounts and Freeview. This is a 2022 self-contained HouseMe unit. It's on the owner's property, with private access, facing the street. Off-road parking, room for a boat with trailer, 3 minutes from the boat ramp.

Great trout fishing on the lake and river, cafe and beer garden just 2 minutes walk away, plus the iconic Okere and Tutea Falls walking track, where you may even see rafters and zipliners in action. Take an evening stroll to spot some of the best glow worms around, or simply enjoy the sunny microclimate of the front yard.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.
