This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

Heat and AC are also a luxury in this house. On the grounds outside the property we have a great rustic fire pit with plenty of outdoor swings and hammocks.

The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room includes a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. This 900 sq. ft. guesthouse was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.
