The Guest House under Rose

The view is priceless, its nestled on farmland. A mile down the road, you'll discover a one lane red bridge. Go five miles to the south & there lies Pinicon Ridge Park. You can hike the trails, go kayaking, & fish the Wapsipinicon River. Just 30 miles from the Cedar Rapids airport. There is a man-made pond five miles south of the Guest House. Its four acres long. You may fish or kayak this beautiful area. Within the last year, 14 clients complimented the host on how welcoming the place is.

We also have one dock that can support up to a 24-foot boat. For the lake, we offer kayaks and paddleboards to use for your enjoyment at no extra cost! Whether you're looking for relaxation or exploration this is the place for you!

Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! NOTE- Our home will sleep two adults and two children comfortably, but NOT 4 adults. A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in.

Primary guest must be 21+ Quiet country location to relax & enjoy. Just 9 miles west of Dubuque, near Wineries, Heritage Trail, Sundown Mountain Resort. Primary guest must be 21+ to book. Cozy cabin & 1/4 acre pond. We're sure you’ll love this space as much as we do. Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children or pets, and must be 21+ to book. Outdoor space, gas grill, gas fire pit. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Located on a beautiful homestead in the 'Bohemie Alps.' Walk up the hill to our 24' yurt, set with beautiful views overlooking the farm and Iowa countryside. Furnished with 2 full/queen beds, pull out couch, clean linens and towels. Set up with electricity and temp control. A true glamping experience in the heartland. Enjoy a stay directly on the backwaters of the Mississippi River. This custom cabin is floating right on the water, and you won't find anything like it! Grab your loved one or friend and surround yourself in nature, while soaking in the hot tub on the floating patio, or in the beautiful tub inside. Relax in the king size bed thats in front of one of the two fireplaces. The cabin has everything you need, including a small kitchen. This floating oasis is located at Millennium Marina.

Freddy's Beach - Just Perfect!

This house is located in the historic Freddy's Beach! The beach may be gone, but the spirit of friendliness and fun lives on! Talk a walk around the neighborhood, get a slice of Pizza, go fishing, go up the road to the new public beach, take your boat (or rent one) out on the water, or stay in and enjoy games, grilling, and relaxing. In the evenings nothing is better sitting around the fire with a S'More in your hand. Whatever your flow is, you will find what you are looking for!
