We are Denver local hiking enthusiasts who love to take guests of all levels of experience to low traffic trails with breathtaking views all year round! We are the original Denver guided hiking tour. We start our adventure at one of Denver's best coffee shops, in the Highlands neighborhood, minutes from downtown. We will customize the hike based on the preferences of the group and the current trail conditions. We'll connect with nature, soak in the sunshine, see jaw dropping mountain views, maybe see some wildlife, take snack and water breaks, learn about the wildflowers and trees, make new friends, get some exercise and breathe in the fresh mountain air! We will take amazing photos (check out our insta @hikingintherockies) and send them to you at the end of the hike for memories that will last a lifetime. Our hope is that you'll feel healthier and happier after spending time hiking with us and connecting with the beauty of Colorado. There will be an optional group lunch after the hike or you can buy lunch at the coffee shop and eat at a picturesque spot on the trail. The guided hike's elevation will be somewhere between 6,000 and 12,000 ft. A car is not required for this experience, but we encourage guests to provide their own transportation. If that is not possible, we are happy to drive you in our car and we will return to the meeting spot at the end of the tour.

Welcome to the Colorado chapter of an Experience I hatched in California. It was so fun (well I thought so) that I outfitted a shop here to keep it going. The overall process takes about an hour per guest. We get to explore the fascinating and enjoyable process of folding a coin into a ring. The spoon ring process is similar and a bit simpler. I have lots of coins and spoons to choose from, which are included in your Experience. If you have a coin or spoon of your own, it is quite possible we can turn it into a one-of-a-kind treasure. Please make sure your coin is non-magnetic and at least the size of a quarter. Smaller spoons, like a demitasse, are much easier to craft into a ring. A commentary on children: While I'm sure your little darlings are brilliant, perfectly behaved and have an infinite attention span, they probably don't have the body mass or strength to effectively work the tooling. This is fuzzy math, of course, so I'll let you be the judge. You will be entering the No Tipping Zone so let's just make amazing things and tell lies without that concern hanging in the background. About 20 minutes east of Dillon, CO is the beautiful Loveland Pass and the Continental Divide, where I'll take you up past 11,000 ft. elevation to get some of the most breath-taking views that one can simply drive to. Wild flowers grow abundantly in the summer, changing leaves are visible in the fall, and the views on a clear winter day are unbeatable. Please join me as we tour the grounds and photograph your experience any time of year! Designed for adventurous couples or groups, or a single person looking to document their time in this spectacular landscape! Be prepared to be active & in front of the camera as we capture precious moments touring around the mountain pass! Things to note: - Transportation is not included in this experience. Discover the wonders of the night sky just outside of Boulder with our all-ages tour! Accessible by car, Taxi, Lyft & Uber, the tour starts at sunset and lasts for 2 hours. A professional astronomer will guide you through the cosmos with several large telescopes and a laser pointer. We will explore the wonders of our universe including planets, constellations, star navigation, satellites, nebula, clusters, galaxies, and even shooting stars (if lucky). You'll be able to take in the breathtaking beauty of these celestial objects through our telescopes with your own eyes. The tour takes place at an easy-to-find trailhead, and there's no hiking required. You'll have the chance to see phenomenal sunsets and wildlife in the area. We provide our guests with a red flashlight, comfy camp seating, bug spray, and bottled water (upon request). We encourage our guests to bring questions, a sense of wonder, and warm clothing (as it can get cool after sunset). We can accommodate most requests for availability to fit your travel plans (the sooner the request, the better - we prefer to have at least 1 week's notice). You'll hike a half mile around Lily Lake with a former Park Ranger of Rocky Mountain National Park, learn how to set up a packraft and paddle under the stars or moonlit night sky! Only five people may packraft at one time, so if you have a larger group size, please message us to discuss how we could accommodate your larger group. Our two hour paddling adventure will take you roughly one mile round-trip around Lily Lake with no elevation gain and as much paddling as you can handle. We'll spend the night talking about Rocky and packraft with some amazing views of its dark skies. This adventure will last two hours, returning to the Lily Lake Trailhead thereafter. We also offer custom times, dates and group sizes by request.
