Very clean 3 bed 2 bath Double wide trailer with 2 carports centrally located on Toledo Bend. Each bedroom is has twin beds. Master bedroom has bathroom with shower. An addition bathroom with shower is shared between 2 bedrooms. Living area has 2 fold out couches. Flat screen tv with firestick. Kitchen has microwave, range, fridge and deep freeze. Cookware and utensils are available. Bar top seats 4 and dinning room table seats 6. Front porch is covered and has picnic table and ceiling fan.

Waterfront Lake Getaway! If you are looking for a nice relaxing weekend on the water look no further! The house is in a quiet subdivision on Toledo Bend Mid Lake. Private boat launch is 2 houses down for anyone with a boat. Very convenient. You will have access to the entire house and the boathouse where you can fish off of the dock, sunbathe, or swim. There is great fishing off the dock. Great for any fisherman coming to fish the lake or a family looking for a quiet getaway. No pets allowed
