Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

There are 2 golf courses, 2 microbreweries, 1 winery and so much more within a 10 minute drive! We have 2 cottages on our property, this listing is the 2 bedroom cottage

Cozy, country setting about 5 mi. from Meadville, Allegheny College, Meadville Medical Center, the Crawford County Fairgrounds, restaurants, and shopping. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Upstairs apartment in old Victorian

This private upstairs one bedroom apartment with queen size bed in an older building is 600 square feet of living space. The futon in the living room makes up into a full size bed. It is in a quite north end of Meadville neighborhood has a separate entrance and separate one car garage parking space. My house is off of Interstate Hwy 79 between Interstates 90 and 80, 40 minutes south of Erie, PA and 90 minutes north of Pittsburgh. It is 4 blocks downhill from Allegheny College.

This is tiny cabin in the woods! Have you ever used a hot tub in the snow? You should try it! Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
