Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. During the summer of 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.

Romanttinen rantasauna tupakeittiöllä

Romanttinen get away tai kaverin kanssa rentoutumaan. Idyllinen "mökkisviitti" Kouvolassa rapojärven rannalla. Tupakeittiö (liesi, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro), parisänky, pyydettäessä saatavilla vauvalle matkasänky, ruokapöytä, tv chrome castilla, netti, vesivessa, suihku, pukuhuone ja puusauna.. Ulkona puugrilli varusteineen. Iso lasitettu terassi säteilijällä. Hintaan kuuluu liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, puut, sup-laudat ja soutuvene. Hanasta tulee juomakelpoinen ja lämmin vesi.

Kodikas, perinteinen kesämökki

Nauti olostasi luonnon helmassa järven rannalla. Lämmitä sauna, rentoudu löylyissä järvimaisemia katsellen ja pulahda välillä uimaan puhtaaseen järviveteen. Repoveden kansallispuisto sijaitsee parin kilometrin päässä. Niinpä mökkeilyn yhdistäminen retkeilyyn onnistuu loistavasti. Mökin lisäksi paikassa on grillitupa, jossa voi myös yöpyä. Laituri ja soutuvene löytyvät myös rannasta. Paikka on ainutlaatuinen: rauhallinen oma niemi ja mökissä perinteisiä suomalaisia käsitöitä.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Villa Rautjärvi

This beautiful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north of Mikkeli. Built in 2014, it invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Finnish nature. The cabin is stylishly decorated with high-quality natural materials and offers a modern open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with separable double beds (160 × 200 cm), a loft with a king-size bed, a bathroom, sauna, separate toilet, and a terrace. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.

Villa Myllymäki

Myllymäen päälle omin käsin rakennetussa villa Myllymäessä on helppoa rentoutua ja päästä lähelle luontoa nauttien upeista maisemista. Koko päätyseinän kokoinen ikkuna kehystää upean järvimaiseman. Tilalla on n. 40 hehtaaria eläinten laiduntamaa metsää joka takaa helppokulkuiset ja hienot patikointimaastot. Etäisyys Savonlinnan keskustaan on 10km autolla tai 6 km veneellä. Tilalla on myös yksityinen laavu lammen rannalla yhtä upein näkymin.
