This cozy studio is the perfect place for a restful getaway. The space has a queen bed, TV, WiFi, aircon, a separate bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and toaster. Local cafes and restaurants on St Clair Esplanade are a 10 minute walk down the hill and Dunedin City Centre, a 10 minute drive, if you can get away from the stunning ocean view...

Self contained, well stocked studio adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious large lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, full kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Our family (living upstairs) includes two Golden Retrievers, Summer (9) and Neo (11 months), who are incredibly gentle, well-trained, and love people! They will likely be playing in the garden and would be thrilled to receive a pat from dog-loving guests.

Nature at its best will offer views of incredible sea lions while out on your beach walk but be mindful to respect their space for your safety and theirs. Accommodation suitable for adults only. If you do not drive and will be taking buses this might not be suitable accommodation.
