Trudi's Terrace - 2 Bedroom Matterhorn Views

Trudi's Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop-off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi's Terrace has two cosy, comfortable and stylish bedrooms. We have two modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of the apartment. It is where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note: Zermatt is currently in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately a crane has been temporarily erected in front of the Matterhorn.

Recently renovated to a high standard, this apartment offers a fantastic view of Champex-Lac from the living space and also both bedrooms which are also south facing. There is also a large 16m2 balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the stunning views from outside. There is a wood burning chimney, internet and cable tv all included as well as an underground covered private parking place.

La casa è in un contesto geografico ideale perché vicino al centro città e contemporaneamente in un luogo molto tranquillo e immerso nel verde della prima collina di Aosta. La nostra mansarda, con vista sulla valle, è di recente ristrutturazione ed è posizionata in una zona tranquilla ai limiti del bosco nel Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso. Ideale per trascorrere le vacanze estive ed invernali, tra escursioni, canyoning, mountain bike, arrampicata, trekking. Di ultimissima costruzione una piccola spa ad uso esclusivo dei nostri ospiti con un contributo a parte per chi vuole usufruirne.

Bellissima e grande casa su due piani, nel centro storico, appoggiata sulle mura romane. Al piano terra, su un cortile, si trova la zona notte con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, al primo piano una sala con camino, una sala da pranzo, la cucina, un bagno/lavanderia. Un grande terrazzo con pergolato affaccia sulle montagne e i campanili. Silenziosissima, grande charme.
