Please read before booking and review house rules prior to your stay: Private basement suite in an owner-occupied home (not standalone) with a private entrance and no shared living spaces. Laundry is the only shared area, located outside the unit behind a secured door and unused by host during guest stay. Lakeside Blue Bungalow - Inver Grove Heights, MN

Come enjoy this sunny blue bungalow, located 10 mins from MSP airport, in the SE corner of the Twin Cities. This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living/diningroom. - At least one person in the renting party must be between the ages of 28-70. Whomever reserves the bungalow, will need to show a photo ID when they arrive, to prevent fraudulent reservations.

Your private suite includes a bedroom with two queen beds, a kitchen and sitting nook, a bathroom, a large television with cable and hookups for your tech devices. A den/ living room with a fireplace and a tv, and a private deck. Just steps out the door you can take the stairway down to the lake and enjoy sunset and lake views. Lake toys are available. Our home is just a quick 2mi drive into the town of White Bear Lake- a charming, hip and town full of shopping, dinning, more lake.

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
