The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests. NOTE FOR SPRING 2026: the lake was temporarily lowered for maintenance during the off season and has not returned to a normal level. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing may not be available from our dock. If these are activities are part of your getaway, please contact us for updated lake status prior to making a reservation.

This one bedroom, beautifully updated luxury condo located right on the waters of Lake Hamilton offers breathtaking sunset views from the large deck. Parking for your boat and trailer curbside., or if touring Little Rock area attractions they`re only a few minutes away. Movie theater, all kinds of eating places, everything within 2-3 minutes, yet house is located in a cozy enclave type setting! Washer and dryer, central air and heat, super insulated windows for quiet comfort.

SMITH LAKEFRONT CABIN PETS WELCOME(small fee)

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.
