Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

This apartment at Laschenskygut is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct and free bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers. For children you find a playground, a table tennis table, pedal karts and a nearby farm.

Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken, Handtuchtrockner, Föhn und beleuchteten Kosmetikspiegel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, ein Lift ist vorhanden. EIn Carportparkplatz kann extra angemietet werden, ansonsten ist ein Parkplatz je nach Verfügbarkeit vorhanden.
