It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

The treehouse retreat is surrounded by a redwood and oak forest, a nearby stream, and sauna. Enjoy coffee on the deck and listen to the sounds of nature, or nestle up with a book in a nook in your Queen-sized bed. Gaze through any of the large, light-filled windows encircling a full kitchen with sink, microwave, electric stove top, toaster oven, and mini fridge, a mid-century living room area, maple dining table that converts into ample workspace. Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base for exploring the area.

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.
