It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. It has a wonderful ocean view with fully openable window of four sheets of glass, excellent breeze and floor to ceiling windows on both floors. Comfy bbq grill with a firepit in back!
