Wake up to the Lake breeze in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautiful and spacious lake house steps away from your private dock all to your self in Coldspring on Lake Livingston! (Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston.

The Cottage

No cleaning fees! Private 350 sq ft cottage on a shared 1.3-acre 1952 property with its own entrance & private side yard with fire pit. Vaulted ceilings with an open, villa-style feel. Walk to downtown Livingston shops and restaurants. Clean, simple, & thoughtfully prepared—ideal for those who appreciate charm over luxury. Family lives onsite. You may hear normal activity, and our border collie Loki may say hello. East Texas country living includes seasonal insects despite regular pest control.

Couples Forest Getaway w/Pond

Willow Springs Cabin is a 960 sqft cabin on three acres of wooded land. Purposefully designed with couples in mind to relax, reconnect and make new discoveries. Stay cozy in front of a fire, be bold in nature or get out and explore. Follow us on our IG page and mention it in your reservation for a special welcome gift. This roomy Cottage is perfect for long term stays. Located in the heart of Evergreen, TX. This studio style cottage feels like home away from home with a cozy boho aztec charm. It's furnished with full size appliances including Washer & Dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and pots & pans. It's located close to National Forest hiking entrances. Only 30 minutes to Conroe & only 20 minutes to Willis for great food and shopping. Wifi, Satellite TV, smart TV. Large Yard!

Cabin is on a lakefront and the view is amazing! Great for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. There will be free use of boats and fishing equipment. Inside the cabin is a collection of dvd movies and games for entertainment. Also, the neighborhood has a private beach (white sands) that is about 15 minute walk away.
