Private Getaway in the Heart of the Historic Town of Clovis

This 400 square foot tiny house was created for comfort and convenience. It is a studio layout with a shared space for living and sleeping but still offers a full kitchen, bathroom (with tub), washer, dryer and dedicated off street parking. A light filled space with vaulted ceilings, it is ideal for both short term and longer term stays. It offers modern, designer decor including white subway tile and open shelving in the full kitchen, high thread count sheets and white duvet on a comfortable mattress and some colorful spanish tile in the bathroom. It feels like a quiet, private retreat, but yet, it's close enough to Old Town Clovis to walk to everything. Come and enjoy! You have complete access to this home. You check in and out independently with this house. But, if anything is needed myself or my co-hosts are available to assist. The house is located in the charming, historic downtown district known as Old Town Clovis. You can easily stroll to nearby shops, restaurants, and festivals. Running and walking trails are also nearby. Big box stores and supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away, and the airport can be reached in 15 minutes. There is easy access to Highway 168 which connects you to attractions such as Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. This home has one dedicated off street parking spot on the side of the property. Taxis are available and there is a bus stop within a 20 minute walk. But, people typically drive when visiting the area. There is WiFi and a smart TV. You can watch personal subscriptions (Netflix, Roku, Hulu, etc). But there is no cable TV. This is an alley facing home where your "view" will be garages and fences. While there are parks and trails within easy walking distance, there is no yard or outdoor space with this house (with the exception of the small front patio). There is a main house facing the street that is separated by privacy fencing. You access your home via the rear alley behind the main house and have one dedicated parking spot. If you have more than one vehicle you will need to park those additional vehicles on the street.

Coolest “Car Cave” Studio+Loft+Nice Private Yard

This unique place is on a dirt alley. It’s past owner turned it into a really cool “man cave”; he even left the big doors so he could live with his motorcycles! We obtained it, did some updating and it turned out fun! I changed out “man for car” because, well, that’s what it is. Plus ladies love it too. It’s really best for 1 person, a couple or even 3 or 4 friends or siblings that dont mind limited privacy (and parking) or climbing the steep ladder up to loft where there’s 2 more double beds.

Manzanita Tiny Cabin

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

You are approximately 45m-1h drive from the Yosemite Valley Park where you can experience one of the worlds greatest places of natural beauty. The cabin is equipped for everything that you and your partner/friend need to enjoy the area. Cookware, french press and a small refrigerator. The Sierra Nevada mountains range in temperature wildly. The greens and the yellows of California ebb and flow through the seasons creating unique natural beauty which is different each season of the year.

Cottage at the Broken Branch

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

A perfect place for a getaway or romantic weekend. TWO people maximum on the property at any time. There is only parking for ONE car. Pets are not allowed. Birds Nest, cozy, rustic, romantic, pond front

Come stay at this rustic, unique, hand sculpted cob earth house in the heart of the gold country surrounded by wilderness. The house is magical inside and out, with unique curved walls and ceilings, facing a seasonal pond and home to much wildlife. Sit outside at night under the Milky Way, watching shooting stars and listening to toads in the pond. Please note the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is down an external staircase. There is no oven.

The cabin boasts fast WiFi for WFH; a sizable living room; kitchen with cozy breakfast nook; two sleeping quarters, including a master bedroom with king bed, and a loft with twin bed & trundle; and deck with picnic table and BBQ.

Andrea's & Tom's Place-The Roost

This 320 square foot efficiency container is a stand alone unit in the backyard. It is private with it's own entrance and comes complete with a full-service kitchen, bedroom area with a queen size bed, living area with 2 recliners, eating bar/workspace, bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and amenities & great atmosphere. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
