Family room boasts comfortable seating off the small kitchen. Two large bedrooms, one has a queen bed, and the other has a 2 queen beds. Enjoy the couch style seating, firepit and pool table in the barn while savoring the amazing country views. You can also view the herd of goats grazing our pasture!

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

Main House is over 3000 sq ft, tri-level home with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen with commercial stove/oven, huge living room for everyone to gather. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and at night if you sit outside, you can hear the ocean.
