Appartamento al secondo piano di una villa a 1500 m. di altitudine con vista stupenda delle Dolomiti dichiarate patrimonio dell´umanita . È adatto per coppie con bambini o per gruppi di massimo 4 persone.Offro camera cucina bagno e salotto La casa e´situata sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia dove c'è l' accesso alla vetta del monte Pelmo a 3168 m. da dove nelle giornate limpide si puo vedere la laguna di Venezia. Per chi non può fare scalate c'è un sentiero che gira intorno al monte

Essenza Alpina: a due passi da centro e natura

Caratteristico appartamento inserito nel borgo di Parech di Agordo, ai piedi delle montagne (vicinissimo alla partenza dei sentieri) e a due passi dal centro. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura e caminetto, camera matrimoniale, bagno finestrato, vano scala da utilizzare come ripostiglio. Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. The apartment has 2 double rooms, a living room with divan bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, Tv sat, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, internet wi fi.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Agordo, just two kilometers away, offers all essential services (supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, newsagents, self-service laundry, hospital, etc.)

L'entrata è privata, si mettono a disposizione 2 camere da letto, la prima con letto matrimoniale, la seconda 2 letti singoli, i due bagni sono dotati di doccia, quello principale anche di vasca. Dalla casa in 15 minuti si è agli impianti di risalita di Alleghe o di Falcade. Inoltre nel comune è presente una palestra di roccia: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".
